CNC Turning & Milling

We specialize in the machining of long PTO shafts and axles using 2 steady rests for support. Our CNC turning area is capable of capacities up to 15.7" turning diameter and a 51.1" turning length. Current shafting work we manufacture also require secondary hobbing, grinding, collar and housing pressing operations.

Our CNC milling area is capable of capacities up to 40" X-axis, 20" Y-axis and 28" Z-axis. Full fourth axis is also available for complex milling or high production indexing. Common parts we currently machine in our machining centers are investment casting and sand castings with complex shapes that make it difficult to work hold and locate on.

We can also perform secondary operations such as: drilling, tapping, deburring, honing and assembly during the CNC cycle times on the nearby drill press banks and assembly stations. Full implementation of a part can be done with a minimal amount operations to give our customers a high turnaround and competitive prices.
